Leaf of a closely-related plant, sharp-lobed hepatica (Hepatica nobilis var. acuta). The leaf shape distinguishes the plants. Sharp-lobed hepatica has leaves with three to seven lobes and sharply pointed tips. Round-lobed hepatica has three lobes and rounded tips. |
