Blue Scorpion-grass (Stiff Forget-me-not)
Myosotis stricta (Myosotis micrantha)
The name "scorpion-grass" probably comes from the coiled flower stalks, which unroll as the flowers open. There are several similar species in Connecticut, some native, some introduced from Eurasia.
